Intense and brilliant ruby red in color, it stands out on the nose and mouth for the hint of sour cherry. Rightly warm, savory, with vigorous but balanced tannins.  VIVA certification - sustainable viticulture.  The serving temperature is 15 - 16&#xB0;C. HOW WE DO IT: We harvest the Montepulciano before complete ripening and the Sangiovese practically overripe. In this way, we can benefit from the acidity and structure of the former and the elegant tannins of the latter. The red wine obtained ages in small oak barrels for at least 20 months. Intense and brilliant ruby red in color, it stands out on the nose and in the mouth for the hint of ripe morello cherry. Rightly warm, savory, with vigorous but balanced tannins. Closes a long and persistent finish, with a certain succulence, where the initial olfactory notes re-emerge. Typical wine throughout the meal: excellent with soups, pastas and risottos.
