    IGT Marche Bianco

HOW WE DO IT: The grapes harvested by hand in 12-13 kg crates are crushed in a soft press without destemming. The must is cold decanted and then left to ferment cleanly. After fermentation, the wine remains 3 months in steel on the fine lees and 4 months in cement, then it is bottled. TASTING NOTES AND PAIRINGS: The 2022 harvest was opulent and the wine reflects the season. The calcareous soil on which Verdicchio is grown and the north-east exposure give the wine finesse and verticality – In the mouth it is dry, persistent and warm, with a mineral note common to our other wines. White meats, pasta dishes and pizza. Serving temperature between 12 and 13° C
